The Art of Finer Womanhood!

Please join us on March 17, 2007, for The Art of Finer Womanhood-From a Male's Perspective! We will have several Dayton Area men speak about Finer Womanhood. We will also present the senior members of our youth group, the Archonettes. Scholarships will be given to girls enrolled in a Post-Secondary Institution.

Buffet includes salad bar, warm breads with butter, beverages, and dessert table, as well as choice of Roast Beef Au Jus or Chicken Breast Sauteed with Supreme Sauce. Choice of Vegetables: Oven Roasted "Red Skin" Potato, Green Beans with Julienne Red Peppers.

Information Session Rescheduled!

We are sorry to have to reschedule our information session! There was a water main break at the Elder Beerman's where we were scheduled to meet. Zeta Phi Beta Promotes Prematurity Awareness Month

For this weekend and next weekend,Zeta Phi Beta will join with the March of Dimes to make more people aware of the issue. Premature birth is a national health crisis that must be stopped. Each year more than half a million babies are born prematurely, and the number is rising. Premature birth affects one out of every eight babies born in the United States. Those numbers are higher for African-American babies, who have a one-in-six chance of being born too soon.

Prematurity is the number one killer of newborns; babies who survive could be disabled for life.

The March of Dimes is leading a national effort to save babies from premature birth by funding research to find the causes and by supporting local programs that offer hope and help to families with a baby in intensive care. For more information, please visit www.marchofdimes.com .

Chapter Meeting

Ladies, our chapter meeting is this week. We will be discussing holiday giving and gatherings. We will also discuss plans for Rededication and Finer Womanhood week in March. Dayton area Sorors, please come and share your ideas, talents, and time!
